Frequently Asked Questions

I bought an item at a market, how do I wash it?

Thank you for your support! Washing/caring for your item depends on the material it’s made of. You should have received a care instruction card with the fiber contents, but if you didn’t or have lost the card, read through this section carefully!

Wool/alpaca/silk items - Must be handwashed in cold water. No, you cannot wash these on the handwash cycle of your washing machine. Using a washing machine will likely cause the fibers to felt, an irreversible process where the fibers lock together and cause the item to become shrunken and stiff. If you would describe your item as “fuzzy/cozy/squishy” it’s likely made with these fibers!

Cotton/cotton blend - Can be machine-washed, best in cold water and in a delicates bag. Tumble dry low. These items usually include: bandanas, some bunny ears, lighter sleeves, net beanies.

Don’t forget, when in doubt, handwash!

I bought something online, when will it ship?

Most items will have the expected time to ship in the description. Generally, ready-to-ship items will be sent out within 3-5 business days. Whereas made-to-order items can take up to 3 weeks to ship (but they’re usually ready much sooner than that!). If you need your item sooner, please reach out to see if expediting is possible. You will be updated on any delays ASAP.

Do you offer any discounts on physical products?

The short answer, no!

The longer answer, each item is handmade by me, Dani, one person. My time and experience are far more valuable than I charge for (aka everything is already underpriced), so I am unable to provide any further discounts.

Do you offer sliding scale pricing online?

Unfortunately no. Sliding scale pricing is only available at pop-up market events. This is because of processing fees and website hosting fees which are not an issue at markets!
